Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Global Connections.

The client understands and agrees that the total services fee will include the Global Connections consultation fee and the applicable service tax (If any ) However, the refund would be calculated only on the Global Connections consultation fee only.

In case of rejection by the Immigration and Visa Authorities, Global Connections will refund the applicable amount as stated in the agreement. The refund will be made within 60 working days after the client submits the Refund Claim Form to Global Connections Client has to enclose a copy of the letter of rejection from the Authority to support the Refund Claim. If the client fails to enclose a copy of the rejection letter or rejection stamp on the client’s passport, Global Connections will not refund the applicable refund amount. The client also has to enclose the refund request form, a copy of his/her receipt for payment made to Global Connections Failure to enclose these documents will make the client ineligible for the refund.

In case of the visa application gets rejected on the following rounds the Global Connections( Company ) will not make any refund.

1. If the applicants/clients failed to attend the visa interview personal / Telephonic

2. If the client does not comply with the respective High Commission / Embassy / Consulate requirements

3. If the client fails to undergo the medicals for his / her family members included in the application.

4. If the failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate, which is not less than 3 months old.

5. If the failure to provide a genuine police Clearance Certificate from a foreign country where the client has stayed more than 6 months.

6. Submitting all the genuine documents is client’s responsibility if he/she submits fraudulent documents no refund will be approved.

7. Prior violation of visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application of any other country.

8. Late / Delay in the submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at any stage in the visa process.

a) The client fails to get the required score in IELTS/French to meet the eligibility criteria and as advised by the Company consultant. No refund the fee payment in the event client wants to withdraw visa application / process due to not achieving the required score in the IELTS test even if the client fails to score the required bands in IELTS in multiple attempts.

9. There would be no refund if the client abandons his / her case within 3 months from the date of registration.

10. Since Visa Processing Fee is being paid to the processing Visa Office, refund of same shall not be claimed from the Company.

11. If the clients do not communicate with your Process Consultant for a period of 3 months shall also be deemed to be abandonment).

12. By signing/acknowledging the agreement to avail of our services, the client cannot withdraw AT ANY POINT during the process because of their own personal circumstances which may have changed.

13. It is unacceptable to consider or entertain any form of settlement. As a business with heavy investment, we cannot accommodate requests for refunds once services have been provided or when any part of the process has commenced.

14. Global Connections has the right to terminate/withdraw their services without refund of service fee if the applicant on the below terms.

15. If the client does not submit all documents within the stipulated time from the date of his/her registration which is normally within one month

16. Tries to malign the name of the company in whatsoever manner, which tampers the functioning of the business or reputation

17. Doesn’t respond to the mails and calls made by the company for more than a month and backs out due to personal reasons

18. Global Connections reasonably forms the view that someone other than the Client is attempting to gain access to the Service for his or her personal benefit.

19. At the discretion of Global Connections, you behave in such a way that renders your consultant unable to provide the Service(s) any longer.

20. The client will appear for an Acceptable English language or other language tests as applicable and achieve a minimum individual total of the group in every given four appraisal factors–read, write, speak & listen–as appropriate for him/her and as per the requirement of the Visa Issuing Authority/Assessment Body.

21. The client thorough realizes and concurs that his petition cannot be submitted without the necessary Acceptable English language or other language tests (if applicable), including for partner or dependents above 18 years, and no reimbursement of the advisory/consulting/secretarial services charge offered to Global Connections will be outstanding or settled in a situation wherein he fails to attain the required Acceptable English language or other language tests.

22. Global Connections has not offered any sort of assurance, advice or pledge on work or job assurance, following approval for the permit and after landing for any given overseas country. No compensation will be claimed of any advisory/consulting/secretarial service charges offered earlier to Global Connections by the client on the ground that Global Connections have been unable to offer a job guarantee abroad.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
